At TBG we have provided this service for over 10 years, and have a vast assorted client base who use us repeatedly because we always remain competitive, we carry out work professionally & respond quickly.

All our reports are PC generated using proprietary software that checks the report for compliance.

All our test engineers are independently NAPIT approved, and hold C&G 2391 qualifications, together with being NAPIT Approved Inspectors, and are therefore above the required “competent” status.

The Reports we offer are:- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)- Emergency Lighting Periodic Testing & Commisioning,- Fire Alarm Periodic Testing-Independent reports for sales/purchase of a property.

RECOMMENDED TESTING INTERVALS

inspection

Every electrical Installation deteriorates with use and time. Therefore, if the safety of the users is not to be put at risk, it is important that every installation is periodically inspected and tested by a competent person as recommended by BS 7671.

A detailed report should note any observed damage, deterioration, defects, dangerous conditions and non-compliances with BS 7671.

The aspects covered include all of the following.

Our reports include details of the installation and any limitations of the inspection and testing. The reports give each observation a classification code as follows:
